A 24’ x 30’ garage & workshop was built with 2x6 walls, vinyl siding, 10 ft. ceilings, radiant floor heating and a 9 ft. garage door. It is fully finished, with cabinets and shelves for storage with multiple 220 V outlets.
A new cement driveway and sidewalk were also added at this time, along with the backyard being fenced.
The house was completely gutted down to the studs and redone with new HE windows, doors and sheet rock walls. The ceilings were restored to their original 9 ft. height and both ceiling and walls were insulated. The original doors and trim were stripped & stained, as well as the hardwood floors. We guarantee you won’t find any other 100 yr. old home with as many electrical outlets and cable hook ups, including everything needed to hang a TV in the master bedroom. Also added in the Master Bedroom is a walk-in closet with wire shelving and racks. This was made by removing some later-addition walls in the 2nd bedroom and closing off an opening.
