Before becoming a REALTOR®, Theresa worked in banking, holding a range of positions that gave her a complete education regarding the financial side of real estate long before she was licensed in 2004.
Once licensed, she set about learning all she could to assist buyers and sellers from the agent's side. This led her to earn Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations, both of which are held by only 3 or 4% of all REALTORS®. She also holds the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations.
While Theresa enjoys helping every buyer and seller, she's especially passionate about helping veterans and those on active duty in the military.
As the spouse of a military veteran, she is uniquely qualified to understand the problems military families face when moving to and from new locations. Her dedication led her to become the third agent in Florida to receive the FMS – Florida Military Specialist designation. She also holds the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) designation and is the exclusive Brevard County agent for the Military Housing Assistance Fund and the Everyday Hero Housing Assistance Fund programs.
Waterfront homes are another passion. Born and raised on the Space Coast, she's an avid boater and fisherman and spends much of her down time in the local waterways, re-exploring the canals and rivers.
