Mark Wise has been involved in residential and commercial real estate in the Upstate of South Carolina for over 12 years. Mark has worked in the Anderson, Oconee, Pickens, and Greenville markets in both residential and commercial transactions. Mark is also a licensed Real Estate Instructor for the state of South Carolina and has over 600 hours of classroom instruction time to his credit. Mark has over ten million dollars in closed sales volume under his belt with experience in all types of real estate transactions.
In addition to his real estate experience, Mark has a Master’s Degree from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky and served as a pastor for over 9 years as well as Full Time Instructor of Religion at Anderson University. Mark also enjoys tinkering with cars and boats and constantly has some mechanical project in the works.
Mark lives in Piedmont, South Carolina with his wife of 22 years Susan, who teaches history at Wren Middle School, and their two children Jackson, age 12 and Kelsey age 15.
