James Tola began his real estate career after teaching for the Gwinnett County Public Schools for 5 years. James sold new home construction in Atlanta for two of the nations largest home builders: D.R. Horton and Pulte Homes Atlanta for seven years. James was a Top Gun trainer and mentor for Pulte Homes.

James also spent two years as a real estate sales manager for Novare Group/Realty. Novare Group was responsible for transforming midtown and Buckhead into vibrant "live, work, play" communities.

James has lived in metro Atlanta since 1987. Educated with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Western Carolina University and a two year post baccalaureate certification in Middle School Education from Georgia State University.

James is actively involved with an organic garden located at St. Patrick''''s Episcopal Church in Dunwoody which serves those who are challenged financially. Malachi''''s garden provideds fresh vegetables to those in need while teaching others that growing your own vegetables is possible, even in an urban setting. The clients assist in planting, harvesting, watering and sharing their lives at this very special garden. James also volunteers at the Dunwoody Community Garden.
