I was born and raised here in the San Joaquin Valley and attended Hoover High school in Fresno. I spent the last 18 years in Northwest Arkansas where I was an executive broker in Fayetteville Arkansas. My wife of 44 years and I recently moved back to Fresno and I joined Guarantee Real Estate. I have been in the real estate business since 2005 and I am a full time, full service agent with Guarantee Real Estate in the Fresno/Clovis area.
As a Veteran myself, I am certified in helping Veterans through the home buying process. Many Veterans are not aware that they may be eligible to purchase a home using their VA home loan program. Even if they have used their VA loan benefits before they may be able to use it again.
I also specialize as a Residential Buyers and Sellers agent and have a good understanding of the market. I am also a CDPE® - “Certified Distressed Property Expert”. Over the last 5 years I have helped many homeowners facing a financial hardship by short selling their homes and helping them avoid the effects of a foreclosure.
