I was born in Venezuela and moved to the US in 1990 with my parents and brother. When I graduated high school, I began my career in the real estate financing (mortgage) world. I immediately fell in love with this career and all the opportunities it entailed. Later on, I got my Bachelor''s Degree at Nova Southeastern University in Business Administration. During this time, I was still working as a mortgage broker in Miami. I got married in 2002 and moved to central Florida and settled in Clermont, became a mother of 2 lovely kids which mean the world to me. So what am I doing now? Besides being a dedicated mom and housewife, I decided to return to the real estate business. For over ten years, I honed my negotiating and strong analytical skills in the mortgage business before adding the Real Estate sector. I am now back in what I consider to be my home "Miami" working with real estate investors in purchasing excellent investment opportunities in the growing Market of Miami, remodeling and selling for over 20% profit to our investors. We also specialize in Property Management by releasing the Owners/Investors from the inconvenience of real estate ownership, protecting their property while increasing their return of investment.
My personal philosophy as a driven businesswoman is more than to go above and beyond. It is truly a way of life for me. I have a heartfelt belief in personal growth.
