Here is a little bit about me and why I love being a real estate broker!...
Melanie McShane
My name is Melanie McShane and I am a real estate broker with BrokerInTrust Real Estate. I look forward to being your trusted adviser for all of your real estate needs. I care about more than just helping you buy a house – I want to make sure that you have a home in a community that you love. I will help you through every aspect of either buying or selling a home and provide you with the information that you need to help you make all of the necessary decisions. The average homeowner buys and sells real estate about once every 7 years – I help people do it every day!
I live in the San Gabriel Valley and love the schools and community that I am part of. I lived in the San Fernando Valley for over 20 years and am actively involved in a number of community organizations there. I am a graduate of USC and have an MBA from CSU, Northridge. To stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry, I serve on the board of the Southern California Chapter of Council of Residential Specialists and the Education committee at the Southland Regional Association of REALTORs.
I look forward to earning your business and creating a lasting partnership to guide you through all of your real estate needs. I can be reached via the Contact Forms on my Profile Page.
